I order from mizzonis regularly enough, but tonight i got one of their banoffee pies, and it was covered in dirt and had two stones in it. I'm deeply upset by this, and recommend *not* purchasing their desserts.

Take a look at the photo, does that look like a chicken kebab to you? Ahh lads whoever made this needs to stop what they're doing and consider their career, the kitchen staff and management.
How could the manager allow this to be sold to the customer? Paid 13.50 and all🤣🤣 got depressed after taking a bite. On a serious note please reconsider the menu and make the food with more passion, with 'gusto' I felt robbed. Shame never stepping foot in this mizzoni ever again. Oh nearly

forgot, was under the assumption that the cookie would be baked and warm just like in the other mizzonis, came in packaging instead haha. It's like they didn't even bother🤣

Thanks for sharing your experience. Our kebabs are made differently - we like to call it "Kebabs the Mizzoni's way". We're sorry you didn't enjoy them.
The cookies are heated in other Mizzoni's, however, Adamstown has had many customers ask for them unheated, so we don't heat them up unless asked.
If you were looking for a nice heated cookie like other Mizzoni's, we completely understand why you would be annoyed. We have updated our practices to ask customers if they want their cookies heated or cold.
